I tried five times to get the verification email, also looked in the spam folder, and nothing. I wanted to have the app tell me my balance and data usage status., And it just doesn't work. All that seems to be there is paying money to top off.
Rule number 1 of user registration: don’t make your user guess your password rules. Spent 5 minutes bouncing back and forward between my password manager trying to figure out your rules. Also, why only warn me when I’ve used 80% of my data?
This app is an absolute joke. It constantly glitches, customer support doesn’t answer questions and I can’t even view my bills. Would give a zero if possible
Not helpful at all, USELESS it’s a bad mistake downloading this app i deleted right away..!!! Waste of you time on it. Rate 👎🏼not even close to a star. They won’t send your comments until u rate a star for this wow pathetic set up.
There is no response when clicking the credit card recharge button, resulting in the inability to recharge. Please improve as soon as possible.

They don’t actually have any 5G towers in the city , just in the CBD, and slow down the rest of the city and country. Their Philippines team refuse to replace old equipment, after they changed their name, from Vodafone New Zealand to One New Zealand. They charge more and more money for services that are slower than any other country, that charges the same rates. They slow internet to halt on US providers such as microsoft and apple, it’s worse than ADSL broadband speeds to these providers. And their FIbre max is really slow they advertise 1GBPS fibre max but their connections are throttled, and online services are slowed and slowed in New Zealand. And they keep increasing the price of their services. Poor poor service. They advertise 5G cellular , but you barely get 2 bars on your iPhone and sometimes it switches to 3G, but 3G is being discontinued, and this is Auckland city… really bad service. These Philippines people are one new zealand network are so bad, there’s now no signal, and the philippines in new zealand spy on your local network, that you pay arrogant Filipinos. they are spying. such a poor country. No 5G, you pay arrogant new zealanders who have rubbish services, and they spy on you, in this village country, they have no cellular coverage, worst than when they launched the first iphone which was on 3g, village country new zealand, like the waka songs they play here, they use a female maori bot to answer your questions on one new zealand do you know how mean maori new zealand is 0.5 mbps on 4g/5g $100s of dollars for this 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢
Wish I’d checked the reviews before buying these SIM cards on Amazon for our trip to NZ. App is completely useless for checking usage. Website is just as bad. Thankfully the actual service is ok so far, but now I’m worried something will go wrong. Avoid at all costs!
I am traveling in New Zealand on the bicycle and I had been here for a month. I had had nothing but trouble with this company from the beginning. Four times now I have spent an hour and a half trying to straighten things out. This is the worst telecom company I have ever done business with probably 20 countries. Absolutely avoid this at all costs. They constantly try to upsell me even though the data is available as a standalone. They sent me two notices that my data was getting low and then no notices so that it ran out in the middle of the jungle trying to navigate. Everything about this business is remarkably bad. Please stay away from this.
Can help you add services and top up your bill but no way to cancel services and no way to find out current account balance. Functionally this is useless. Would give zero stars if I could.
App says I’ve still got almost a full tank, but Vodaphone sent me a text saying I’ve used up 10GB in two days, despite being on hotel wifi 90% of the time.

Please bring back the old design with the circle! It used to be so relaxing and easy to see how much data I had left, but now it just looks overwhelmingly boring and unfriendly. The new version is so chaotic it’s hard to find anything!
Same same but now with advertising for vodafone ( which loads before my important information loads). I just want to see my usage across all my accounts in a reasonable timeframe. Make the back end snappy and the front end simple. Doesn’t feel like any customer testing was undertaken with the new app. Thumbs down - re-prioritise what you’re customers want
App constantly freezes. The only fixes I have found is to either restart my entire phone or delete the app and reinstall.
Been trying for months to see my usage information with this app and it is a massive failure. Also crashes every time. What is wrong with this company that they cannot fix their bugs?!? Pathetic.

Doesn’t even let you sign in. Once signed in it signs me out within 10 seconds. Now I’m stuck ringing their phone support... Looks good. But smacks of something built by a low cost / offshore developer who doesn’t know how to build apps. The old app was rock solid.
Said I needed to update to open the app... app update won’t open in the App Store sooooooo how do I access my account info? Tried doing all this on Vodafone data. I really hope I don’t have to delete and redownload the app cause I’ve done that before and there was a problem with my account info, and I had to call in for help.

It won't login, I put my login and password and the app crashes and send me back to the home screen to put credentials again! Unusable!!!!!

Unbelievably bad. I knew it wasn't looking good as soon as I opened it. The app hasn't been updated for iPhone 6, which came out 2.5 years ago. The sign up process contains no error messages or states at all. If you enter something incorrectly and press submit, the button will just blink - no indication of what the problem is. The login screen resets every time you open the app, so forget copying your number or password into the app (like from a password manager). Once you do get everything entered, it will look up your account, show you the main screen of the app, then kick you back to the sign in screen. Completely useless.
I rely on this to check my usage. Yet today, they simply say, this version no longer supported, check App Store. And the new version says please wait forever? Totally unacceptable, I no longer can check my usage!
I can't log in my account. It has been saying "we are facing technical problems" for days. Pls fix thankyou.
